There is no minimum stay at Cranebrook Cottage, but there is a minimum charge, due to preparation before your stay and cleaning and laundry afterwards.
The nightly rate is £165, with a minimum charge of £495.
For a 7 night stay or longer, a discount of 10% will be made to the above rates.
A £300 damage/breakage deposit is required for all bookings.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date of your stay. Our cancellation policy can be seen as part of our Terms and Conditions.
Visitors can bring a maximum of two dogs, either one large or two medium/small. We feel that the size of the cottage and courtyard garden would not accommodate more than one large dog and would be of detriment to the property. Bringing a dog/s will incur an additional charge of £25 per night and must be agreed with the owners at the time of booking. To not do so will result in the retention of the damage deposit.
